5th grade SEC class arrived at Shiawase No Mura for day 1 of the 2025 English Camp. After being greeted by the English camp leaders from various countries including Canada, India, Sri Lanka, and The United States, the students broke into groups and were led to the awesome playground around the lake with a rope raft crossing, zip line and giant slide! We were able to move and stretch our bodies after the bus ride. After playing, we headed inside for English activities. The program was packed with so much to learn and play. There was a world quiz, a lesson on Universal Design as well as 4 different workshops led by each camp leader. The students kept energy levels high throughout the day so it was calming to settle around the campfire and reflect on the day’s activities. After all was done, the students headed to their rooms, washed up and relaxed with friends before going to bed. We’ll get some much needed sleep to re- energize for tomorrow’s jam packed itinerary!


5年藤組の子どもたちは、2025年英語キャンプの1日目、しあわせの村に到着しました！
カナダ、インド、スリランカ、アメリカなど、様々な国から集まった英語キャンプリーダーたちの歓迎を受けた後、
グループに分かれ、ロープラフト、ジップライン、巨大滑り台のある湖畔の素晴らしい遊び場へ行きました♪

バスでの移動の後は、体を動かしてストレッチ✨
遊んだ後は、宿舎に入って英語のアクティビティを楽しみました☺♪
学んだり、遊んだりしながら楽しいプログラムでした。

世界のクイズ、ユニバーサルデザインに関するレッスン、そ
して各キャンプリーダーが主導する4つのワークショップがありました。

子どもたちは一日中元気いっぱいで、夕食後にキャンプファイヤーを楽しみ、
宿舎に戻ってその日の活動を振り返りました🏕🔥

すべてのアクティビティが終わった後、部屋に戻り、身支度を整え、友だちとリラックスしてから就寝しました。
明日のスケジュールに備えて、しっかり睡眠を取り、エネルギーを補給します！
