A Basket Full of Roses
Warm greetings from SIP! We hope you are doing well!
As the month of June is drawing close to an end,
we would like to share with you our art project for the month: A Basket Full of Roses.
We started off by painting different shades of green on a construction paper.
After it dried, we drew leaves and cut them.
We then proceeded to paint different shades of bright colors
such as red, pink, purple, orange, and yellow for rose petals.
We then drew on the back of the paper in a snail-like shape
which we later cut and rolled into roses.
Tadaaaaaaa! What a beautiful rose!
We then drew lines on the leaves to create more effect.
After the leaves and roses were ready, we started on the basket
by sticking two different shades of brown long rectangle papers.
And when we put everything together, we had our beautiful colorful rose baskets!
We hope you enjoyed the little sneak peek as much as we enjoyed making the art!
Until next time, please stay safe and have fun!
