HOORAY,NEW YEAR!
Let’s welcome the New Year with a loud ‘neigh!’🐎 as we enter the Year of the Fire Horse!
We started the week to do some Japanese related activities like tea ceremony.
Most of them experienced tea ceremony for the first time. They enjoyed the traditional and formal way of preparing tea.
Some of them liked it, while others didn’t—and that was perfectly okay!

It was wonderful to see them carefully whisking the tea powder until it fully dissolved, as that is the key to a tastier matcha.
Moreover, the sweets served alongside the tea complemented it very well.

The Ocean Class also enjoyed a Japanese storytelling session with some of their mommies and played carta. It was such a wonderful time.

This month at S.I.P., we’re celebrating Japanese culture—so expect lots of fun activities inspired by Japanese traditions!
