Van Gogh Inspired Sunflowers

Warm greetings from SIP!

August has come to an end, and we have entered the last third of 2025.

Cosmos created a very special piece of art to remember this summer by, “My Beautiful Sunflowers”.

Inspired by Van Gogh’s famous Starry Night and Sunflowers,

we carefully crafted every petal and leaf, as well as the background.

Here is exactly how this masterpiece was made.

We first draw curvy, wavy, circular dotted lines

on a piece of black paper using the colors blue, light blue, white, and purple.

Once the background is done, we set it aside and proceed with the flowers and leaves.

Using brown and green colored tissue papers,

We twisted each one of them into the shapes of flowers and leaves.

We then placed each petal and leaf exactly where they fit.

Et voila! Beautiful sunflowers, as bright as the sun in the summer sky.
