2020.01.20 Ecological Design and Living

Yesterday experts from Daiwa House visited our school. Students studied the concepts and principles of creating both a comfortable but also energy and ecologically efficient house. Students studied about design, insulation and even things such as placement and size of curtains. Students could see how SDGs, ecology, energy and quality living fit together. Finally, students were able to design and make their own model houses. Our school will continue to develop education mixing theoretical and practical application, especially regarding SDGs, which are so important for this generation.

昨日、大和ハウスの方にお越しいただき出張授業を行っていただきました。 子どもたちは、快適でありながらエネルギーと環境に効率的な家の両方を作成する概念と原理を学びました。 デザイン、断熱、さらにカーテンの配置やサイズなどについても学びました。 学生は、SDGs、エコロジー、エネルギー、質の高い生活がどのように調和しているかを知ることができました。 最後に、グループでモデルハウスを作成しました。 聖母では、特にこれからの世代にとって非常に重要なSDGsに関して、理論的および実用的なアプリケーションを関連づけた教育を開発し続けます。
