2019.11.06 A Prayer For People Lost

In the Catholic tradition November is the month when we pray for people we lost throughout the year. On November 1st we held a prayer meeting at school for students. We prayed for people lost during this year. I spoke to students about the meaning of this prayer. I said, life is wonderful and life is short. When we are young maybe we think everything will stay the same. However, over many years we will lose friends, relatives and even family. Every life will have its final day. Every life will return to God, from where it started. Death is the natural cycle of the life God gave us. So we pray for our blessings. We pray for every day. We pray for the people we lose along the way. Every life returns to God. We pray for the people we lost. Students listened carefully and prayed sincerely.
