2019.05.07 SEIBO SATURDAY SCHOOL

On April 27th (Sat) we held this year’s first Seibo Saturday School. Pre-school kids were able to enjoy and experience Seibo Elementary classes for the first time. In the science class we did a chemical experiment showing how colors change. We also did a sound magnification experiment. The kids took that home so they could make lots of noise at home, too! The music class was students making rhythm to the teachers’ piano and violin. After mastering rhythm, kids sang and played castinetes at the same time in rhythm. English classes were an active communication with the native teachers. Kids divided into a challenge class for kids already learning English and a regular class for first-timers. Parents joined in all the activities and had as much fun as the kids. Don’t forget our 説明会 on May 18th (Sat). We’ll see you there!

4月27日（土）に、今年度最初の入試イベント「聖母サタデースクール」を開催しました。 子どもたちは、小学校の授業を楽しく体験することができました。
理科の授業では、色がどう変わるかを確かめる化学実験を行いました。 また、音の拡大実験もしました。
自分で作った理科工作はお土産として持ち帰ることができたので、家でもたくさんの楽しい音を出すことができました。
音楽の授業は先生のピアノとバイオリンに合わせてリズムを作りました。上手にリズムが取れるようになったら、今度はカスタネットをたたきリズムに合わせて楽しく歌いました。
英語の授業はネイティブの先生とのコミュニケーションを楽しみました。
すでに英語を学んでいる子どもたちのチャレンジクラスと初めて学ぶクラスに分かれて挑戦しました。保護者の方々も一緒に授業をみてくださり、子どもたちと同じくらい楽しんでくださいました。5月18日（土）の第1回入試説明会もお忘れなく。ぜひ、次回も
